Campaign 2020 - Bourgogne Chitry Blanc AOC

The Campagne cuvée, born from the encounter between an exceptional terroir and haute couture vinification, comes from the oldest vine on the estate, planted in 1955. This Chitry from a great terroir, produced from low yields, seduces with its aromatic concentration, its finesse and its complexity.

Anchored in a deep and rich material, with a beautiful tension and a remarkable salinity, this confidential cuvée is aged in stainless steel barrels for at least 20 months, thus preserving all its purity.

Respecting the typicality of each plot and each vintage, I create carefully aged, precise wines, imbued with the minerality so unique to northern Burgundy.

Decant just before serving – Recommended serving temperature: 12-14°C
