From Vine to Wine

At Domaine Olivier Morin, we cultivate our vines with respect and common sense, with a concern for natural balance.

Our plots, rooted in the Kimmeridgian marls of Chablis, offer ideal ripeness to the grapes.

In the cellar, we favor gentle, low-intervention vinification to reveal the authenticity of the terroir.
