Vau du puits 2022 - Burgundy Chitry Red AOC

Long abandoned due to its low yields and steep slopes that make it difficult to work, Vau du Puits is nevertheless a remarkable terroir. I decided in the 1990s to replant this hillside with exceptional potential, bathed in sunshine and rich in Kimmeridgian marl.

Vau du Puits is an iconic Pinot Noir from northern Burgundy, offering a fine, floral aroma with delicate spicy accents. Notes of wild berries and candied stone fruits adorn a full-bodied, lively juice with supple tannins and a lovely length on the palate.
