Constance Blanc 2023 - Bourgogne Chitry AOC

Constance is a cuvée made from 100% Chardonnay, aged in vats in the house's historic style. It delivers beautiful notes of white flowers, on a mineral and chiseled frame. Constance seduces both in its youth and after a few years of aging .

Respecting the typicality of each plot and each vintage, I create carefully aged, precise wines, imbued with the minerality so unique to northern Burgundy.
